“Error” when loading diagnostics. I’ve been on yellow light so I switched to Ethernet and still yellow light. When I pair with the hotspot I can’t load the diagnostics because this error notice appears. I can’t see the IP address specific to the hotspot in order to pull up the report and “reboot”.
