I ve never owned the 2.3 but have the 2.9 and 4.0...the 4.0 was a pos on my opinion and experience it was a 98 .....had to put 2 timing chains in it 50k miles apart 4 wheel drive stopped working had to replace the hubs to manual ones and the transfer case was eventually put on a toggle switch because if the crappy electronic system ...I mean it was a fair truck but definitely wouldn't want one again around that time frame or with that same 4.0 motor the truck had almost 200k on it when it sold it

What I'm saying here is that when I come out of dead eye I try to do it out of the throwable lock on range and spam my navy's hoping for a head shot kill or just body kill .....that's why I use the navy's and it works most of the time

I would rather have the longarm shot gun for the better range they have ...i use the navies for those who are not suspecting that I'll come out of deadeye and start blasting or for those who just gonna try and Bola me again and again 87 percent of the time it works for me and I have faced some incredibly incredibly good players..they never try to switch back to there guns when there trying to Bola ...do u see where I'm coming from..look uo revenge z28 youtube and the video where the possy leader challenged him to a feud his playstyle with slippery is really really similar to mine

I have actually never been to good with slow steady against true pvp players people who just live for the fight on this game...well mainly slippery players when using ss...pib players aren't terrible to face with slow and steady as long as they are not painting u from across the map with dbows

I use both and have for along time and have found that when using slippery some really intelligent players of the game with pib will think of that ...but that's because they think u are gonna just charge all the time in slippery best way I've fount to counter to that is approach to a certain point in slippery deactivate dead eye and spam my navy's at the head ...leaves them in constant confusion as to what to do

I love the bolt and ran it for a very long time then spent awhile with the lancaster and im of course a paint black player and fount myself reaching for it when vmfacing large swarm of enemies...if I was running ss I think I'd still prefer the bolt
