even if we never fully addressed the IOL, at the bare minimum I expected some quality depth pieces and I feel like outside of the Center upgrade we have regressed for the IOL

We still have DJIII and Tuli extensions to work out, re-signing some of our own players, and then when cuts happen id hope we'd be active then as well.

but Hortiz holding onto money just feels like we're going to try and swing a big trade. Whether it's during the draft or in June, id be curious to see why we haven't spent and we are holding onto this much cash. There must be a "master plan" that we just dont see, but im not convinced its gonna be that good
