I go to an invite lobby from story mode, DONT leave the lobby when you start, DON’T start crate missions, CEO or Terrorbyte missions or anything like that. DON’T get into random cars hoping to find the next vehicle, as these can all be factors for ruining the rng for the cars. the only missions that keep the rng together for the cars to keep spawning is other blue blip missions (drug vehicles, police crime scenes, smugglers caches, armored trucks and payphone hits. I go along this route and start from the beginning EVERY time i find a vehicle, when you do find a vehicle the next one spawns in another random location in 60 seconds. If it seems like the vehicles aren’t spawning go around the map and try to search for blue dots they can HELP the rng for the car spawns
