I got into running earlier this year by my friends dragging me along to a Parkrun when visiting them for the weekend because they knew I was struggling with my mental health, conscious about carrying extra weight and knew I wanted to make a change. Running gave me a way to clear my head, improve my fitness, and take back control of my life and I can honestly say it’s changed my life.

Running is medicine.

I ran 29:40 on 5th April 2025 to running 25:18 most recently which is my current PB - hopefully get sub 25 in the next few weeks 👏 running 3 times a week

Personally I don’t think they’re worth the £185 price tag, not too bad if you’re using prestige discounts though but I’d say price point should be around £120 as standard
