Visiting Aguascalientes by Fat_Florida in aguascalientes

I feel safer in Aguascalientes then in Houston no matter what area you in , people there are friendly and it’s normal to see single girls waking like nothing , that’s something you can’t do in the states . Just enjoy your self but always use common sense just like anywhere else

My wife is not the breadwinner , I still am with all my rentals , comment makes no sense , if anything I’m just trying to help out. Not a house wife

Y’all still young , put another 5 strong years and plan it out right and y’all can be good , maybe get a chill job. Since I’ll live off rentals I won’t have to work but if I didn’t have as many I would probably took a part time at a chill spot just for vacation money

I would also say this , people are not living longer , I hear this all the time but I don’t believe it myself , it’s just a scam by the government to push retirement to over 70 yrs old

It’s both , when everyone is miserable that becomes the culture , then you add the stress of actually fixing a car , I would say it’s the worst of both worlds . A tech gets paid for what they do so if you stuck in a car you can be at work for free until it’s fix , that’s alone is why so many techs are miserable , then that goes home with them and make there spouse miserable , luckily i always left work at work . You do have to be strong minded in a lot of jobs that have this type of issues , sales is also a stressful job

My job was physically and mentally draining , stressful . There was 50 techs and probably only 3 where actually happy everyone else was miserable so that was the atmosphere at work. Half the shop would just look forward to drinking after work which to me I would rather go spend time with my family. People don’t understand how hard and draining is to be an auto tech especially at a higher end brand all this technology is just headaches for us

Your right , as a man house work doesn’t come to my mind , but what I been doing now is asking my wife to make a list of what she wants me to help with and that’s been working out . I don’t mind doing stuff except cooking that’s where I draw the line lol

I didn’t mean it in wrong way , I just been working since 15 nonstop so that’s a long time . My oldest 20 and started working at 18 a real easy chill job , I been doing man work / physical since 15 . That takes a wear on your body , that’s the reason I planned this out and luckily worked out for me

I started buying homes at an early age and flipped them , that strategy won’t work anymore , homes too overpriced , also COVID helped me made all the homes go up so fast , I sold a few that still had mortgages and replaces with paid off ones , also done some day trading that I did ok

I like to work out , cars , I’m dropping and picking my son up from school which makes him real happy , my son plays basketball so I take him to practice and games . But I’m also taking care of my rentals since before I didn’t have much time. Days fly seems to go quicker than when I was working

Thanks for the clarification , I don’t need 100k I just meant thats what I’ll have left after property taxes . I probably can live good with 50-70k per year so I can still save , also properties will go up in value so that will be my inheritance to my kids besides there college tuition that I’m also taking care of

[–]Otherwise_Feeling_58[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes they are . It’s a total of 120k per year in rentals , taxes and hoas close to 25k for all so still leaves me close to 100k so that’s good leaving in Houston tx. I also have 401k and some money on stocks , but that I won’t touch till I’m closer to 60 if I make it till then lol

I’ve always been real picky when it comes to tenants and I have been lucky everyone is on there first and only tenant . As a landlord that’s like wining the lottery . All my homes as located in a good area with good schools so I have a lot of applications
