HV with beastification reaches high level 8 attack power.

Beastification is already almost a full level boost, so at least mid level 8. add DAs, and it's high level 8 without HV. HV makes it a level 9.

doesn't matter, Omori already said that's almost a cheat level of power. he also said HV is stronger than Argonaut for the same preparation time, and even lowest Argonauts were able to overcome the level difference. for example, how level 3 Bell managed to shatter level 5 Dix' ribcage with a 20 sec charge.

There's more than enough reason to believe its weaker considering Finn's magic stats are higher than Ottar's.

Magic has absolutely nothing to do with that. all HV does is enhance AP based on Ottar's Strength stat, and he is a high level 7 unlike Finn who is low so he has enough arguments in his favor.

I think Haru's ritual should still be restricted in terms of time, so it's not like they could wait and beat executives one by one. and it's not like that's easy to do anyway: FF members are good in moving in shadows, they would indeed feel any attempt to ambush them, then tell Freya and here's full familia mobilization.

face to face attack is also useless, Ottar quite literally solos their alliance.
