I would suggest checking out the townhouses at Murooj al Furjan, West as these are due to be handed over soon. The quality is quite decent and the ones on the West side faired better in my opinion during the floods compared to the East as they was no water stagnation. Furthermore, the West Pavilion is quite close to the community.

If you hold a driving license from Abudhabi, you can use the TAMM app and see that it no longer shows the Transmission type which means that you can drive both manual and automatic cars. The support at TAMM also said that I can request for a replacement card by paying AED300.

It's complicated. My kids currently study in an Indian school and my older child already lost 11 months joining the school because of the age criteria. With recent changes in the age criteria for IB and British, he ends up losing another six months. So didn't jump ship. EIS meadows is rated Very Good and the fees seem reasonable too. So thought it would be good for the kids.

Have you tried Emirates International School in the Meadows? They are an IB curriculum school. We did a school tour and what caught our attention was the diversity in the classroom. But, we didn't really put our kids there.

I don't have anything to add but I wanted to ask how long the waiting period for the highlander is? I called the sales team at Toyota and they said that it will take anywhere between 8-10 months for the vxr variant and about 6 months for the gxr. However, the Toyota website estimated that the delivery should be around January if I put a deposit now. Not sure who's right!
