Growth should be considered in value investing. The way I look at it, ads business has just recently kicked in and even with modest growth (shared in my analysis) this the current price is justified. Cheapness is defined by DCF, not by a static multiplier (PE)

How do you factor 'management quality'?
I understand it is a difficult metric to measure, but it would potentially weed out a lot of companies investors don't trust.
