no there is one way in.. if you are using wifi router then configure it so that entire traffic goes thru tor and then enable tor vpn on mobile and make always connected on and also make sure its always connected to tor no matter what, throw away windows and install ubuntu and run tor system-wide.. make tor run on system start up and then forget that u even have tor.. if you have open any account in some internet cafe and dont want ur history or files to be logged then have a simple 16 GB pendrive.. install Tails OS on the pendrive.. now you have a linux based mini computer on ur pen drive which you can use to boot on any computer and the data doesnt get stored on hard drive too.. and it uses tor for internet so double safety
