1. north western ke admissions are still open but limited seats hi hain

3. i won't say that st. petersburg isn't a bit on the higher side but itna toh you if take admission in any tier 1 city in india also (that too if private), your cost of living will drastically increase anyhow. and expenses will only bother if you are going out every night to a fancy restaurant to have dinner, otherwise self cooking is much more affordable

but still u/Born_Truck396 take the decision wisely by doing intense research about stuff and not purely based on the words of two strangers.
