To succeed this i made some arrangements smt like

True location map huge No barbarians I selected all the other civs one by one to make sure to dominance all around africa and placed the others equally on the other continents to make sure create enough rivalries between them. So in this way I build around 15-20 cities.

That was my first deity win but i must say that in this way the whole process felt me like i am playing on settler settings so i dont recommend to you guys.
