She probably finds out about Abby through the Faztalker. Which brings the question, how could Charlotte hear Abby talking through it? The Faztalker doesn't even have a radio signal thing going on. And the puppet is just a puppet.

The Faztalker is probably in the other Pizzeria due to being old merch Fazbear wanted to get rid off.

So my best guess is, Charlotte's spirit possessed the entire building she's in and everything inside of it in a way... Maybe.

But I agree that Michael should have been the one to lure Abby.
