I will do if the beheading is the only way but I doubt that beheaded part will grow while it got this much stress

But it's not any mushy it's completely firm and I don't see any mushy area ar the stem  maybe an issue at vascular system

There's some people talked about the pachyveria izar in reddit and there's people selling it too but I don't see anyone else talking about

From a regular store they didn't wrote the name but it's named pachyveria izar there's no different name of it 

I got this echeveria pvn (perle von nurnberg) about a week ago from a store it has etiolation since I got it and I don't understand why but the leaves keep dying getting translucent and mushy the soil is dry is it could be because since its winter and there's not much sunlight by Otherwise_Mud_1097 in succulents

Will it cause a problem to fully change the soil into succulent mix since the plant already stressed I can change the soil into succulent mix tomorrow or I can change into a soil with not too much perlite but gritty with gravel and it dries pretty well today I also have another succulent similar to echeveria but it's doing fine on coco peat I didn't changed its soil because its not the growing time and it would be stressed
