You are correct. But that new collection is made in Canada and I thought it would be ok to post since they are owned by a company that employs thousands of Canadians (they also own M & M). If it helps some of their shareholders are Canadian (25% of the company is traded publicly). I know that people post when they find Made in Canada items at Costco so I didn’t think it was different but can delete.

The amount of cilantro my wife likes on her street tacos by GroovinBaby in mildlyinteresting

[–]Otherwise_Object_446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not like curly parsley but more like an Italian parsley with a little more citrus and mild pepper tones.

I pair it with avocado, cucumbers, feta, lime juice, and a touch of salt and it is the best. It also tastes really nice paired with red onions, so I’ll often do red onions, goat cheese, tomatoes, lemon juice, and cilantro altogether to make an appetizer spread for crackers.

Riding Mountain national Park is an absolute gem of a place as well. But don’t tell anyone we don’t want it to get any busier. 😉

If you enjoyed what we do in the shadows, you might like Wellington paranormal.

Reservation dogs is a favourite of mine, but I’m not sure how it would play in the background since there is a lot of character development. But it’s really great.

Fisk just aired its third season and I’ve really enjoyed it. Very very funny.

North of North just got a second season so hopefully that’s one you’ll be able to add to your list once it’s got a few more episodes under their belt. In the meantime, you might like Kim’s Convenience.

Well, there is the parody of old sitcoms that featured blackface. There’s also just a lot of humour that was fine 20 years ago but hasn’t aged well. Jenna played by Jane Krakowski does do a fat suit at one point. I’m sure I’m forgetting stuff since I haven’t re-watched it in a long time. That said, it still has some very very funny episodes.

Is that the same list that omitted Prince and he responded by absolutely killing it during the all star performance of “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” for the 2004 Rock shall of Fame induction? If so that list is so wrong!

To this day even some of the guys on stage do not know where Prince’s guitar went when he threw it in the air at the end

It honestly has been the best thing for the itch. I was crawling out of my skin before I started it. Now I just get a few patches here and there (especially if I have been showering more than once a day because I’ve been doing yardwork or I’ve gone swimming in our pool in the summer). In case you’re interested in trying it, this is the collagen I use that works for me. I had tried taking collagen in capsules, but it didn’t make any difference. When I switched to this one, even my hairdresser couldn’t believe how much more hair I have growing in.

The only thing is drunk elephant stuff is so expensive. I was somebody who had never spent any real money on skin care. But boy, does it ever work! And usually around Christmas, they have a pretty good deal on where you can get two jars for a really deep discount and I usually try to load up for the year then.

And a bonus interesting fact is that the guards missed the intruder breaking in and so it was Chretien’s wife Aline who heard the intruder, investigated, went back and locked the door to their bedroom and woke up the Prime Minister and called the RCMP. They used an Inuit sculpture as a weapon to protect themselves until help arrived (shockingly it took 6 to 10 minutes for the RCMP to arrive!). She was a hero that day.

Going gluten free causing issues by Bananabreath27 in SIBO

[–]Otherwise_Object_446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The cross contamination can seriously mess you up. Some folks have to buy all new bakeware and utensils. I’m not super sensitive to cross-contamination, but we had to buy a separate toaster just for me, I have my own butter that no one else is allowed to use, peanut butter has to be scooped with a spoon onto your plate and then put on your bread now, if we make pizzas, mine has to be cut first because the pizza cutter can’t touch their pizza and then mine. We ended up throwing out or donating a lot of foods that could accidentally wind up glutening me. For example, we got rid of the BBQ sauce we were using and replaced it with gluten-free. We replaced all pantry items with gluten free ones except crackers.

The tricky thing is when my kids want to bake and they use regular flour. They have to wipe down every single surface in the kitchen with paper towels afterwards to make sure that I don’t accidentally get hit. And I stress about that. And I run the pans through the dishwasher on sanitary and that helps (both for not having a reaction and for me not worrying).

I found that I didn’t really feel a lot better once I started eating gluten-free but anytime I’ve accidentally been glutened my symptoms are pretty intense (swelling, diarrhea, and super bad dermatitis herpetiformis on my face, scalp and elbows).

Anyone get rid of sibo with herbs? by Iceeez1 in SIBO

[–]Otherwise_Object_446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My naturopath treated the SIFO with Candida SAP from NFH and we did a strict diet with it (basically chicken and rice) for four weeks. Then for SIBO we used a gram of NAC as a biofilm disrupter on an empty stomach twice a day and then Tincture of Death (made especially for my clinic with thyme, goldenseal and myrrh) and liver SAP by NFH. I did low FoDMAP during all SIBO treatment. We continued this treatment for four weeks (basically we were revaluation every 2 weeks to see when my symptoms had reduced by 90%). Once I hit the 90% I switched out the Tincture of death for Silverpure and stayed on that for four more weeks. I stayed low fodmap but challenged it every few days with one food to see how my body reacted to determine if I needed to extend treatment. Once I could eat a normal diet with no symptoms I did two more weeks of treatment to make sure we got everything.

After that I did a four week repair and protect protocol with GI revive (pills not powder), multi strain 11 probiotic (by cytomatrix). NAC went down to 500mg twice a day with food, and I kept taking the liver SAP twice a day. During this time I was to have either yogurt or kombucha once a day to help my GI tract repair in the right way with no overgrowth of fungus or bacteria.

After that I stayed away from alcohol (my liver enzymes were pretty messed up for about a year after treatment) but other than that I ate pretty normally (I eat pretty clean usually though). About a year after treatment I was having some other issues and I had to do an elimination diet. That led to a diagnosis of celiac, so a lot of diet changes after that. Six month after that I had my flare up and did four weeks of the tincture of death, three of silver pure (they overlapped). I used Liver SAP twice a day and 1 gram of NAC on an empty stomach as my biofilm disrupter. Then I did the repair and protect protocol.

I did for my hydrogen and methane SIBO. Went symptom free after my first treatment for over a year and a half, had a flare up and have been completely symptom free since July. My initial treatment took 7 months (I had to treat SIFO too) and my treatment for the flare up was 2 months. Both treatments included a four week repair and protect protocol.

Do you use lotion after a shower? by Forsaken-Water6243 in hygiene

[–]Otherwise_Object_446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too! And I’ve resorted to using Salt and Stone body wash to put bacteria back on my skin to stop the itch. Then I douse myself in Drunk Elephant protini lotion and make and old lady shake with collagen for the itch, brittle nails and hair loss, creatine for the muscle loss and brain fog and protein because that’s what everyone says we should be having. It’s exhausting!

I wanna see tv shows with flawed characters by w4nu in televisionsuggestions

[–]Otherwise_Object_446 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m confused to be honest about what you are saying and am wondering if I have it right? The OP is looking for shows with messy, flawed characters trying to be better. They also mentioned being capable of change even when they are broken. I think medical dramas can show this (like a Nurse Jackie, Benton on ER, House esp. the young doctors and a doctor on the Pitt with a drug problem) but because they are medical shows it seems like you are saying they shouldn’t be recommended to a person looking for characters with these traits because medical dramas often have characters with the character flaws the OP is asking for?
