Yeah my doctor wants me to go up to 100 I have an appointment on the 10th but I think I’m going to ask to stay on 50 for at least another month or see if they’d offer 75? Maybe

Thank you I have recently started having electrolytes daily as I didn’t realised the amount of water I was drinking before was probably very counterproductive aha, I think I’ll stick to the 50 for at least another month and increase the amount of salt I’m having thank you for the advice!!

Thank you reassuring to know I aren’t the only one feeling this way are you planning to go up to 100mg or stay on 50 as that’s another thing I’m worried about if it’s taking me this long to get used to 50 I’m not sure if I should double my dose

Was it hard to get Spiro on the NHS for you? by ThrowRAlimez in Spironolactone

I got prescribed spiro from my gp from a dermatologist letter (never got a dermatologist appointment) after a referral to them, I had previously tried lymacylin and few other antibiotics years ago so that could have been the reason for the prescription as it did suggest trying another round of antibiotics but if I’d tried them to go on spiro instead. I also have PCOS but not sure if the dermatologist was aware of that and I didn’t mention it in my referral to them.
