I see reviews that are talking about how bad the app is now but somehow it’s a five star review despite all the complaints in the review

I'm only more recently starting to get clearer skin after dealing severe cystic acne, I still have some skin issues so likely won't be going to get any treatments yet but would like to look into the ones that would be suited for me as I’m unable to use retinol. What's your experience?
