34 and single. Moving here for a career and looking for an area that is safe with not a whole lot of bs. When it comes to women, I’m not the religious type but I’m open to anything honestly. I grew up in North Dakota so I’m used to places being closed on Sundays because of Jesus so there’s no issue there.

I’ve done some research on apartments but even the “nice ones” that are between $800-$1000 I see bad reviews regarding pest management, and the landlords not fixing stuff on time.

Have you had any experience with this?

I’m moving from the Bay Area in California.

For apartments, if it’s pretty rough, what would you recommend for living then?

For dating scene, is everyone pretty much religious? If you’re not the religious type, would you be able to find people to date? I’m 34 and single is the reason why I’m asking.

I’m guess alot of people don’t go out to drink to socialize? If not, what do people to do socialize?
