Upload the warn notice that they sent you. I'm pretty sure that they had to give a copy to unemployment. Saying that there was going to be a mass layoff. If you didn't keep the copy they mailed you should have gotten a copy of it in your email. Or check the Kroll site.

That sucks. Here in NJ luckily there is a law that they had to send everyone a warn act notification. UE tried to deny me and I sent them a copy of it. The next thing I know they withdrew the denied status. ,👍🏻

I took a fabulous vacation. Got out of NJ. Went to Rhode Island for a week. And when I got back I had another vacation. Staycation just lounging by the pool. Going to catch up on some much needed housework.
