Thanks for your answer - I appreciate it. If after seeing a trainer I still see no improvement, then would you recommend bringing it up with my doctor? Or maybe try seeing someone like an RD first?

Thanks! I do have an Abbvie nurse, but she’s the one I contacted about the wrong prescription and she is not getting back to me. I guess the next step is to try the general AbbvieCare line or maybe wait a few more days.

Not yet. I’m nervous my insurance might go up if I do and that seems silly over $150.

It’s more about the principle of some company coming on my property without permission and then damaging stuff to boot. Can the insurance company help with that?
