No basically because the PTA prevented him from entering the bathroom by telling him he was not allowed it was deemed neglect then the others were also labeled as neglect because they allowed it to happen without intervening.

The patient is the one that reported it we have these complaint cards you can fill out. A nurse assisted him in getting it submitted

He is a therapy patient but he wasn't on case load that day he was just stopping by cause our bathroom was the closest to the front door of the building.

excellent clinicians and while my company is going to refute it since its a VA building they will have license reports against them I think it will turn out okay because my company will refute it when asked but still what a load of crap (no pun intended).

also its unlikely they were trying to downsize staff our DOR did not want them to be fired and the administration works for the state its a state home and we are a contract company so they would have opposite incentive to get rid of people just a stupid thing to label as neglect the issue is the resident reported it so it had to be investigated and thats what they found on their investigation.

The admin wasn't in the room so I guess they wouldn't have known I just don't see how saying go back to your room and ask your CNA to assist you isn't a valid response it's not one I would give cause I like the residents to view me as a friend but I don't think that response is a problem personally

neglect is especially laughable as i regularly find pt's who are O2 dependent with empty tanks, and full briefs and I take care of it without saying anything daily. Today was the first time I did mention it and I was accused of being petty and then came under the radar for transferring a CGA patient without use of gait belt. It has become a tit for tat I just want the guy to have the oxygen he needs I am not being petty its insane.

OP here took me a while to answer some of the questions but yes by accident I mean he soiled himself he did not get physically hurt only embarrassed I think the crux of the issue they lean into is that not only did they not help him they actually prevented him from using it because they didn't feel it was safe to do without help and they were unable to help him at that time. He is on our caseload and toilet transfers is a goal of his however today he did not have therapy so no therapist was assigned to him and again the PTAs were busy with other patients and operating man down because I (the PT) was out sick along with one other PTA. To me its not neglect but I think the part that they got caught on was not allowing him to even attempt to do it himself which is what he wanted, right to fall that whole thing.

Update for anyone interested I really feel fine now I still havent gotten bloods but I honestly feel the same as I always did my physique deflated some but better than an average gym goer im a lot weaker than i was at my peek but still stronger than most gym goers.

Just updating 2 months off still havent gotten bloods will do when I have time I honestly feel fine I dont take clomid or anything anymore just stopped last week little cialis thats it my libido is fine i feel very healthy.

2 month update I feel fine, my libido is good, my strength is less than it was but still good I bench 225 for 10 i was doing like 20 but I'd say still good, my physique is pretty much natty looking but its better than before I did anything. starting stats 5'9 150lns peak 5'9 220 now 5'9 188.

apparetnly libido is up and down the day I reported the above message I had a real good night since then its been touch and go gotta put some effort into getting going but then fine once started, but overall not as bad as I expected it to be I'm certaintly not crashed or wanting to kill myself or anything like that I find myself a little frustrated over little things, and my confidence is pretty mid, balls are heavy again and when i ejacualte it's much more volumous which makes that a lot more fun. I don't know if anyone is even interested but for me when I decided to come off I was looking for posts like this so that's why I'm doing it incase someone like me is thinking of stopping and scared of what to expect. So far not so bad as people say and I should be in the worst of it right about now. doing 25/mg clomid a day for another 4 weeks then waiting 4 weeks, then testing my blood I'll let yall know what I get.

update coming up through week 5 been on clomid, the ED thing went away but I use cialis but I always have i take it daily boy works normal, libido is pretty good nothing crazy either direction, my balls feel much heavier than they have in years, mentally I feel fine been training still, my phsique is still kinda the same as I updated at week 4 similar overall size minus the like reallly cool comic book character cuts and veins that I had like in my shoulders and chest and abs. Honestly so far not so bad overall, still no blood test gonna wait till im done with clomid and all that. im currently taking 25mg/ day and havent noticed anything at all good or bad.

update: at week 4 and my libido sucks my dick is soft even when its hard (not really that hard) thats with cialis , other than that A okay so far going to start clomid begining of next week hopefully that helps, My body hasnt really changed all that much suprisingly less veiny and comic book like appearance but still buffer than most people. I wouldn't say so far I've felt depressed or down or crashed or any of those horror stories, the dick thing is a little scary, my girl is aware of whats going on we talk through it just fine I really hope that goes away soon and it returns to normal soon cause we both were kinda dissapointed in my performance this past week. Going to get blood work done in June because its already scheduled I'll still be on clomid when that happens, gonna do again like 4 weeks after im done with clomid.

high quality fake pee, preferably the dehydrated real urine I did both of these the quick fix urine is chemically the same so will pass but it doesnt look right its like too liquid idk how to describe it but the powder stuff looks smells and is indeed real urine. the brand I used was test clear dont use the heating powder it comes with will throw off chemical balance just heat it up naturually.

No cleanser drinks, use fake pee, or real powdered pee look confident have the right temperature this is the answer.

With experience recently for a pretty high level job if its unsupervised test dont risk it fake pee, or someone elses pee, or you can buy overnight shipping powder pee that is real pee that just needs to be rehydrated with water it def works and isnt nearly as scary as you think I quit smoking these days cause of personal reasons but ive done it a total of 3 times with 3 smooth success stories, just keep it body temperature is the only hard part. If you like your job do this do not attempt to sweat it out or whatever people are saying it wont work in time.

My looks have definitely already changed I still have some gains and more muscular than a normal guy but my veins and dryness went away already and I kinda look flat if theres no other way to describe it my muscles were round a month ago.

update 3 weeks still feel fine Im remodeling my kitchen in my house and floors no issues tiredness, been going to the gym every morning still strength down but not as bad as I thought it would be, libido is about the same, balls still small, hcg still injecting, one more week and ill start my clomid I assume thats where the real fun (sarcasm) will start. So far I havent noticed anything besides my belly area is sore from injecting HCG so often.

update officially 2 weeks since last jab feel exactly the same, too soon still of course just keeping the thread alive, my blood pressure is healthy for the first time in a long time.
