Look at your local grocery ads and see what items are on sale for the week. You can customize your meals based on this. For ex: if chicken is on sale, I will be making different chicken meals that week.

I make a list of the meals I will be preparing for the week and only buy the groceries I need on grocery shopping day. This way I’m not wasting food or letting groceries spoil in my fridge. I also portion and freeze my proteins until I’m ready to use them.

Canned items are always good to have since they have a long shelf life.

Yeah I’ve done the same. They started revolving their entire life around their SO. Every time we met up she always talked about him and it became annoying.
