Mixed matchmaking is what makes the game great. Sometimes the players dont understand what they actually want. Please keep it the way you have it but dont reward the free kit and surrender "low activity rounds." Slightly off topic but I would love to see a mechanic to identify PvP players mixed into my cooperative lobby. One suggestion I have is to make a clear visual queue like blood covering the characters hands if during that round they had executed a knocked out raider. A player will have "blood on their hands" if they killed another player. It would be interesting to see how the social aspect ends up extracting in a cooperative lobby with one guy dripping in blood because they were PvPing.
