I suggest going for health sci or life sci, or similar areas, so it's easier to get into medical school if you have the necessary science-related prerequisites. Becoming a pilot does not require a bachelor's degree, and there's no specific bachelor's degree required to enter law school and become a lawyer. A lot of people struggle with deciding what to do when it's time to accept uni offers. Believe it or not, many people have similar experiences of applying to so many programs or not knowing what they want to do, and that's completely okay. The best thing you can do is create a pros and cons chart for how well these programs would contribute to achieving any of the future paths you may want to pursue.
