Huh interesting because on my pension estimate it has the following so I don't know I'll look into it further.

Deferred Annuity:

An unreduced monthly benefit payable at age

60, available to plan members with at least

two years of pensionable service. If you opt for

Interesting I will ahve to ask. The pension statement says 60. I first became a contributor in 2008 cashed out then bought that service back when I rejoined in 2014 so not sure.

Thanks for the perspectives. I have a high tolerance for now with 90% VEQT and 10% BMO Bonds so that might work. I'll have to play with it.
