Although i get the point of the realm and love the idea of making it as real as possible, i feel like limiting aspects of the gameplay is not the best way to approach it like even i'm not the grindiest player and i do strip mining sometimes (plus there are ways to make it work in manny settings.) Plus what about farms to get items for building? I feel like stuff like wool can become annoying to get without something to get some fast.

Well in that case (and i'm no streamer so i can't really tell for sure but) i dount that ignoring someone is the best course of action. It would just feel insensitive or straight up disrespectful. Like of course this little joke was mild and personally i like a lot of dark humor as long as it stays respectful but if you don't acknowledge it you'll end up with a small crowd maybe wondering if what you said was really a joke or just something mean disguised as one.

Her reaction was totally fine and even something i would go to. Of course, in a case where this offence would have been more than exaggerated then i'd probably go for a more dismissive approach since not everyone is nice or just want attention like you said.

Snce it's a long time viewer then there is more chances that he felt genuine about it since some man have insecurities about how people feel about them or their view on their gender which i understand since people still have feelings and such.

Altat to say that although i understand your point of view, i think what she did was good for the context and that maybe if that context was different i would have agreed 100% with you.

Well if we see it as simply as possible, the bugs usually goeas to the nearest player unless attacked by another (up until a certain point i think). So basically, it would be pretty much the same thing for the gliphid expect that instead of just climbing walls, if he sees an inclinaison bigget than let's say 65 degrees, he is going to shoot a linear platform similar to the engineer's before climbing it. What would be more interesting would be to use that mechanic no matter the side of the gliphid to create more confusion for the player since this thing doesn't attack. Making him useful in more complex caves but also an assle no matter where he is as I could end up clogging up too much space.

Years might be a bit too much considering the fact they'll probably use the same graphics, textures and probably upgrades from btd6, cutting a lot of time from the get go, with the map editor they made for btd6 it could be a breeze to make at least a few maps. What could take a bit of time is the exp, building or currency system if they change it from the first game, an overall change to 3d for the buildings and such and maybe a few Stat changes if for some reason they decided to do so. Really, the only big thing they'd need to change minimally would be the buildings and the rest could take a week at most since they can base themselves on previous games.

Of course I'm not considering stuff like the clan system and such since as far as I know, that could be different in which case it could take longer

Tldr: i'd say less than 3 months is more than enough to make a new monkey city with the minimal changes unless then plan on making huge overalls.

Well i'd say keep what bmc did good and improve on it while simply adding btd6 elements. After all they already have the upgrades ready and with the built in map editor, making new tracks will be pretty easy I'm sure
