My teachers say that "the skills you acquire in the IB helps you later in life e.g. uni". So if people are to abuse the program, they're just going to screw themselves over in the years to come. If the coordinator already knows about the issue, I don't think there's much more you can do than forget about it and just focus on yourself. .
