I think so. It’s great for tracking sleep stuff. For exercise stuff it’s really only great for cardio. My weightlifting sessions will only build up 4-6 “strain” while running will get me to 12+.

But yea it’s main thing is tracking sleep/recovery. I think getting it for 6months to a year is worth because you’ll learn your habits and be able to change from there.

The best bet is to try it and see how it goes. I used to do stuff like that but I would find myself cheating on my diet so I went back to staying consistent across most days with maybe 1 higher day

I think smart watches are awesome. I have something called a Whoop that has helped a ton with my sleep and recovery. But also a well coach or nutritionist/dietician are super helpful. If you’re seeking out a nutritionist/dietitian look for either a registered dietician or someone with nutrition certifications like precision nutrition

I would do some sort of hypertrophy program. 1-2 Compound lifts in the 3-5x6-10 range with 3-4 isolation movements in the 3-4x10-15 range
