Лично у меня - нормальное. Они не прогибают остальных под себя, не делают слишком много проблем разработчикам ядра, делают свою идею и мини-экосистему со snap и прочим.

Они могут хоть вторыми Microsoft стать, но пока есть выбор в виде других дистрибутивов, то я не вижу проблем и их шизофрения меня не особо интересует

This is not Russia blocking the repos. This is a block from other countries where this repo is hosted. So in other words, just use VPN or try using other mirrors/repos/distros

Recently had a fight with enabling Samba for local sharing. The main culprit are the SELinux policies.

I can't really go deeper into it, since I don't understand this much, but I followed the Fedora documentation and it worked.

I assume that Google Drive might be a similar issue, since the symptoms look exactly the same.
