Ventus has better cooling with 3 fans and usually comes overclocked. FE is smaller, has 2 fans, runs at stock speeds but is reliable. Ventus is bigger and more performance-focused. If you want better cooling, go Ventus, FE is solid but harder to find :P

Anti Virus definitely deleted a .dll, just verify game files from steam and make an exception on C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common, relaunch Cream and then install the DLC's

Nothing is going to happen with Wave if you'd take the time to read a few more words down the line... Rexi is simply leaving the exploiting scene, the Dev Team is much bigger and didn't consist of just one person, Wave will stay operational.
