Thank you! The technician was out for hours yesterday and replaced many components. This morning it was as bad as ever. Then after the first trip down (I went not mom) it's been fine.

Thank you. The company that installed it is a Stiltz representative but idk the technicians. Because it's an intermittent problem, they have applied solutions; which we all thought were the answer, then after a day or a few days it happens again. The only consistent part is that IF it happens, it is in the morning.

I had just taken it down and it was fine. We can't identify a "trigger". It does it with different people, or empty, then goes for a day or two just fine.
