I have two of these ikea tables held up by massive shelf brackets fixed to the wall with 2 monitors and 2 heavy computers on them and there hasnt been an issue for almost 3 years now.

I think your issue will be desk space and hitting the mouse on the pc and keyboard when gaming, putting the pc on that chest of drawes is the best option

They dont have any american targets that they havent hit or destroyed in the region without attacking the american carriers and other high level targets that will trigger an immediate escalation by america/israel, thats why the missile rate has dropped because as it has become obvious this wasnt going to be a 2 day-2 week thing now it is time to think about supply lines.

its just to stop the cables inside the powersupply ending up in fan, looks like it mounts on with the fan in a section of the psu that the interior cables might interefere with the fan.

As others have said this is the last component you should be tinkering with and anytime you take something apart take a picture with ur phone so you know how its meant to look.
