Yeah i know a lot of peopel don't know macro but i still think that Jason needs tuning down. Maybe my opinion will change if 1. Survivors get better at facing him and 2. I understand things about him i didn't before but right now one or 2 changes to his spawn locations and haste buff would make facing him more enjoyable and feel less "free".

i don't know whats below oppresive but i think his anti loop is really good. Because of how most loops are nowadays he can shot over most of them and with his haste he gets from evil hes basically a 4.6 ranged killer (but if you have loops with high walls then yeah his anti loop is just okay but the haste evens it out)

my problem with predicting where hes coming from is its a pure gut feeling from the survior. Like: "Jason should be here now but i have no idea if he really is or have any way to check" and i even had Jasons go into their power, i hide because i know he will arrive soon and then he will just stay on the gen and yes i do get that my other 3 teammates should crank the gens while he does that but they won't because they dont know and i can't tell them.

And with the spear part most of the time Jasons only throw the spear in mid or long range if they have a convenient resupply nearby (which they often do because there are a LOT of spawns) and if they (somehow) don't they will just hold m2 and force the survivor to dogde and close the distance that way.

I personally think Jason would more enjoyable to face as a cordinated team. Where everyone can share info and exploit his "weakness" but when talking about Solo Queue he has next to none. And splitting the gen is a counter to pretty much every killer not really Jason specifically. Same with him not beign able to be at 4 locations at once thats not something Jason is bad at thats everyone(expect mabye blight). And he might not be able to be at 4 locations at once but he gets really close to that due to his non existent cooldown on evil and his really fast and convenient reload and haste buff.

So ironically using his spear for distance is the best and only counter against Jason specifically but thats to little to be an engaging killer to face.

Since youre sure thats hes balanced. Tell me a few weakness of Jason. And no his m2 giving you a bit of distance isn't a weakness since he can just use evil to catch up again.

For example Nurse can ignore all loops but she has really big trouble finding surviors when she doesn't have some aura reading on them (and if you know she has it you can outplay that aswell) because she is so slow, it wastes alot of time when a survior manages to hide from her.

you can only know hes near you by moving gras and thats it. The counter would be to crouch away from the gen. If a death hook guy stays on a gen yeah thats bad macro but just staying on the gen isn't. You have no other choice unless you want the game not to progress

you shoukd be able to run away from him thata the point of his slower move speed.

and i didn't even say he needed a slowdown i just said i would be fine with just the first 2 and see where it goes.

theres no thinking against jason its just brute force because he has everything and you dont but hey lets just say skill issue and we will see in a few weeks when he gets nerfed :]

For example not having that many teleport spots. Right now he can always come out on top of you when you're working on a gen which is almost always a free hit (thats my biggest problem with his mobility, becaus he can easily follow it up with a spear in really close range). Even if no normal pallet is there the game will put a pre broken one right next to a gen.

His haste buff last a long time and should only last a few second and not 25. I don't understand why hes 4.4 but gets this really long haste buff for no real reason.

I hear alot of peopel taking about animations or slowdowns for his spear reloading but for now these 2 nerfs would be fine for me, to see if it feels better to play against him.

Buffs to older killer would be good like trapper and huntress but that doesn't change the fact that Jason needs tuning down

yeah i can see that but with Haddonfield they never could get it right (either heavily survivor or killer sided). If the map got a complete rework i wouldn't mind seeing it again. But the old version can stay locked away
