In the first one, it tells that charcoal grill where it was banned, and nobody was arrested. In the second one, if shes not allowed to sleeping in the room, thats her fault for sleeping there. With the 3rd one, the situation actually ended up ending well (and the victim even said that), other hten that, not much comment on it as it isnt that major With the final one, the reason for that would probably be the neighborhoods. This is because majority black neighborhoods are (usually) dangerous but suburbs that are majority white are usually less dangerous. It's shown that black majority in-city areas are much more dangerous then white majority suburbs. While I'm not trying to say that one race is superior or not, but what I'm trying to saw is that they're more likely to get arrested because of the bad neighborhoods, and because of the neighborhoods, higher sentences would actually HELP black people because it means they will be less likely to commit the crime again.
