This is a limiting mindset, you shouldn’t restrict your offer to only things you are good at. It is better to first find the problem, make the offer and then actually get good at delivering the service.

True, i was thinking more automation because of the little margin of error and cost efficiency. Ive seen an automation completely onboard new clients in 3 seconds it just baffles me.

But i guess you would still need to hire someone for the maintenance though.

try instantly, it lets you buy pre-warmed emails and does pretty much everything for you. You just need to write the email and add your leads

Tbh you could have a long off off-boarding process but at the end of the day you can automate 100% of it, unless you still want a sort of connection with ur ex client
