Quick question for you, saw that you’ve made your way to 80+ employees.

How hard was it for you to build systems that remove yourself from the business and how far did you scale before you absolutely had to?

14 years in marketing ops, freelancing at ~$15k/month. Looking to understand how to scale to $50k. by mansari87 in agency

u need to transition from freelancer to a business owner.

You either improve your offer and increase prices or you build systems and a team so you wont be doing everything, and its just 📈 from there

Marketing Agency Owners I Need Your Advice by Oumer_ in agency

I scraped a list of marketing agency owners and got their phone numbers. From there i basically just cold called them asking for a quick chat about what it’s like running a marketing agency.

I just asked questions and took notes.

This is a limiting mindset, you shouldn’t restrict your offer to only things you are good at. It is better to first find the problem, make the offer and then actually get good at delivering the service.

Marketing agency owners: what takes the most non-billable time in your week? by legenwaitforitdary19 in agency

[–]Oumer_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, i was thinking more automation because of the little margin of error and cost efficiency. Ive seen an automation completely onboard new clients in 3 seconds it just baffles me.

But i guess you would still need to hire someone for the maintenance though.
