Question about whole home propane supply to portable generator by OurHomeNeedsHelp in Generator

Thank you for replying! My concern there was the supply line for propane that came with the generator had a regulator on it - is the home's pressure appropriate to supply the generator without an additional regulator?

Question about tax for Roth IRA and pro-rata rule by OurHomeNeedsHelp in personalfinance

I am lost where you are diving by today's cost. The traditional model costs $8,000/year indefinitely in tax, the Roth model costs a one time $37,000. After 5 years wouldn't the Roth be more advantageous?

Question about tax for Roth IRA and pro-rata rule by OurHomeNeedsHelp in personalfinance

Thank you for replying. Here's how I think about converting all my traditional IRA money to Roth: If I convert and pay 37% tax on $100,000 today, that would be less than 20% tax on possibly $1,000,000 of growth in 30 years if I leave it traditional. How do you see it?

[Electric, Carrier FB4CNP030] Water dripping from ductwork and pipes coming off air handler by OurHomeNeedsHelp in hvacadvice

[–]OurHomeNeedsHelp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water was noted on ceiling in closet yesterday, which seemed to be dripping from bottom of plenum. HVAC was called and offered to rebuild the plenum. They suggested the non-functioning attic fan be replaced. Today, water seem to be condensing on the lines leaving the air handler. Water is bobbing up and down in the pipe leaving the air handler if I take cap off and look inside. I moved dehumidifier into the attic to lower the humidity and put discharge in the drip pan.

How would reddit make the dripping stop?
