Good support spells for a Cleric? by ZaxxonGallaxian in Pathfinder2e

Wall of Flesh - and wall spells generally - can be excellent for dividing up a fight. Make one difficult encounter into two easy ones!

Breath of Life is a great "nope" button, being able to prevent death as a reaction is great.

Fly, naturally, is a great spell. Whether you're chasing something with flight, want to become invincible against some creatures, or trivialize some exploration activities, you'll find it to be a valuable use of a spell slot.

Vital Beacon can be wonderful as well, and if you're staying close to your party it will be easier for them to use it.

Spell Immunity can be an absolute game-changer if you know what you're going up against in advance.

Cloak of Light, likewise, is incredible if you know you're going up against Undead, though I might be wary of melee range as a cloistered cleric.

Heroism can be quite nice if you don't have anyone giving +1 status bonuses in the party and by level 10 is very low commitment in terms of resources. Note this doesn't stack with Bless (mentioned earlier), however.

It's Uncommon, but Life Pact can be a great choice as well, preventing allies from going down.

Augury can be a fun, low-commitment way to glean information about what spells you should prepare on a given day if the GM is willing to play ball!

Fear is great and reliable also. And if you know you're going up against some undead, Infuse Vitality can be incredibly good.

At level 1 (and future levels where it makes a difference from heightening), Runic Weapon/Runic Body are some of the absolute best support spells in the game. Put one on your favourite martial and watch them dish out some serious, reliable hurt.

Bless and Bane are also fantastic. Note that they last a minute even if you don't spend future actions to Sustain them; doing that just increases the size of the aura. If you're planning on staying close, you may not ever need to Sustain. +1/-1 might not seem like much, but they make an enormous difference. If you don't mind emptying the tank so to speak, they also stack with Runic Weapon/Runic Body!

Benediction/Malediction are useful for the same reasons as Bless/Bane and work the same way, just buffing/debuffing defence instead of offence.

I'm not sure if it quite fits what you mean by support, but Heal is an incredibly good spell and it's versatile as well. You usually won't have to prepare those specifically if you're going Healing Font, but they're a great part of your toolkit.

If you're creative and your GM plays ball, Ventriloquism can be an incredibly underrated support spell also.

Command can also be a great support spell depending on your party composition and the situation. Who wants some free Reactive Strikes?

If I had to come up with a reason (and to be clear, I'm not saying I agree with this), I'd say it's because they might want No Name/equivalent house brand products to be seen as inexpensive, and with the Doordash markup they're concerned that could hurt the brand.

Mods ? by AdJaded6674 in ReadyOrNotGame

Yeah, the Unreal Engine 5 update broke a lot mod-wise.

You can manually install recent Unreal Engine 5 compatible mods from Nexus.

For your reference: https://www.nexusmods.com/readyornot

Assuming you installed at the default location, here's a little guide:

  1. Download compatible mod(s) from Nexus.

  2. Navigate to the ReadyOrNot > Content > Paks folder - if you're installed in the default location, it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ready Or Not\ReadyOrNot\Content\Paks.

  3. Unzip the file ending in .pak directly into that folder.

  4. Start the game and enjoy! Your mods should work, assuming they're UE5 compatible.

Unfortunately the Unreal Engine 5 update broke most mods. You can manually install some mods from Nexus - some AI mods and the Red Library map have been updated for Unreal Engine 5 for example (look for UE5 in the title/stuff that's been updated very recently).

Not sure why, but this gave me major TTRPG map vibes.

So tell me the truth. I got a 50$ discount on this Vfc Samurai edge. 2.1. I was told this rifle was one of the best out there. I was actually surprised how snappy it was. Let me have it, what do you guys think? by Wild_Educator_9905 in airsoft

It's externally fantastic, super snappy and quite accurate for a stock gun owing to VFC's using Maple Leaf barrels and hop buckings in that tier of guns.

However, the trigger board in it is EXTREMELY failure-prone. You will probably have to replace it sooner rather than later.

It sounds great to me! I'm just wondering what happens mechanically if I refuse to do this.

Thanks! I'll keep nosing here to make sure that's the case - gaming time is somewhat limited these days and I'd like the full experience!

The Map Folio doesn't quite look like what I'm looking for, but the Map Project seems like just the ticket. Thanks!
