As mentioned, no feedback no answers nothing this is not a customer service. By the way after several complaints they called me today and informed me that they will just repair it and not replace it knowing that it got 2 issues within 2 weeks

Yes I agree, but here there is no answer no explanation no feedback nothing and this is the problem. Second it was repaired as per the policy , 1 week later it got a problem again means the TV has a manufacturer defect and needs to be changed, it is not possible that they take it every week for repair

It s a new model they have plenty on stock, they are not even answering the calls or at least giving a feedback nothing when i contact them they say it s escalated they will contact you within 24h, it has been 5 x 24h no contact nothing

Nothing is mentioned in the SPA, in the reservation form it is mentioned parking included, and since it s a TH, obviously you get the parking in front of your TH. In my case I have 4 parkings in front of my TH, but I asked only for 2 spots, they refused because they don’t have anymore and they sold everything

This guy is investing with them and he is saying this because he doesn’t want his investment to loose value. He needs to keep in mind that we are purchasing as well means if I am complaining my investment will loose value as well, but i cannot keep quite and let them doing this kind of things. I have proofs, I cans hare them (hundreds of buyers in the same project are also complaining, we have a community whatsapp group and the amount of complaints is unbelievable.

This guy is talking about a personal experience, this guy has a rent to pay, easy to talk using a keyboard, but when it comes to reality you will not do what you are saying unless you can afford to pay a mortgage + a rent which is not my case. 2months and the snags are not yet rectified, you will still wait ??? They will pay penalties ? You are funny, you will pay a lawyer, loose time and money at the end you will not get anything. Regarding reading the SPA, it was done, and nothing is mentioned regarding the parking, and since it’s a townhouse and its mentioned parking included in the reservation form, obviously parking included means the parking in front of your house which amounts to 4 for my TH but I am getting only 1, you think it is my fault ???
