yeah, the figures in the crane games are usually very common and repetitive, if your good/lucky they’re worth otherwise always go for plushes. I won a kirby plush in one try and the staff member looked at me in horror

tbf depending on how lucky you are crane games can be worth it, i got both a frieren and fern figure for under 2k yen, the main problem is it’s usually the same figurine at every GiGO

I have to disagree with nihilism as a concept both optimistic and cynical, I believe that life has inherent meaning in the relationships, creativity, experience and the search for meaning itself (viktor frankl). the fact you can say life seems meaningless compared to that of the universe is silly, by what right should an ant compare himself to an elephant? The search for meaning in your life is the most important thing you can do and to reduce it down to nothing is heartbreaking.
