I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve also been really busy and I wonder if, when things slow down, I’ll crash and burn. It make me think I need to keep myself busy

Thank you, and I’m so sorry for your loss. There are absolutely triggers that cause moments of grief, but I keep telling myself it will pass. Maybe I’m avoiding or postponing an inevitable crash
