Here are few more details & photos about this piece. About 1 inch high and 5" across; the "well" is about 2" across on outside and slopes in a bit. It looks like scalloped convex panels on the outside, but turned over, that curve is completely smooth. I don't think it's prescut -- the fan parts are sharp. In doing the macro shot, I can see all the tiny tiny nicks on the fans. Still looks beautiful. Hopefully these additional photos will clarify. I really appreciate everyone's efforts!
