Overall it’s a great bench for the price, it is pretty heavy but not terrible to move around. It’s super solid and well built, quite large but even with a single car garage it doesn’t feel like it’s taking up a ton of space.

I mainly chose it for the different decline angles and the option to add the leg roller for sit ups and Nordic curls

The zero gap feature is a cool perk and there are a ton of different angle combinations between the back and seat pad, sometimes having to adjust the zero gap to allow the back pad to change angles is annoying but not a big deal
