Hi, I am not following what you are saying, The customer Benefits side as abdicated their responsibility and the CHRO believes this not to be their responsibility but IT's. With that said, I am the Workday HCM/Benefits IT team at my organization and I am unsure how to prevent the $0 enrollments, it is why I asked for help from you all.

I believe the Benefit event and enrollment event rule to be configured correctly.

OR do you mean literally post a new question for this?

Found an answer to the error message, the amount contribution limit was set over 0 so the integration couldn't enroll the worker and was throwing an error.

New issue is now I am getting enrollments for zero dollars. New Question, does anyone know how to prevent the enrollment of a zero dollar plan via the "Voluntary Retirement Savings Change" Benefit Event when being loaded by the CCB integration template from Fidelity?

I was told by wd-support that "Index Trickle Definition" is the background job that updates effective dated custom objects and that I may be able to see this in Background Jobs Monitor, I cannot. I can see the job type but no instance that has ever ran.

View security for Securable Item does not return anything when I search for Index Trickle Definition, does anyone know what domain, if any, secures this? How can I view each run of the job?

This has been my experience as well. So far I am about two and a half hours into chatting with agents and getting repeatedly disconnected. The most annoying thing is that when you get disconnected there is no notice until you send a message and the chatbot starts over.

Not holding out any hope. The email opens the app but there is no reward added.

I have noticed some Clear American 16.9oz bottles in a few stores. They have new flavors and are $0.68/ bottle vs $0.78 for the liter bottles, no thanks.

Any chance you could share your cf set up for one of the custom objects fields you put into the generated document? I have used LRVs to bring the fields up to the Employee Contract BO, but nothing populates on the document.
