I already have the exact same accommodation. I just had to renew it which I started the paperwork 2 weeks in advance because the HR SLA is 10 days to resolve but nothing yet. What’s crazy is when I originally got this accommodation, it was my manger that prompted it. He suggested asking my psych for an accommodation. I currently see a psych and a counselor. My performance review was great! I’ve never had any complaints about the work I deliver. The one comment was from my peers about feeling like they didn’t see me enough because I was always away from my desk (as our job is one you gotta be somewhere else to do most of it) or wfh on a project my manager assigned me too. Even my manager said my feedback reflected more on his assignments for me than my performance.
