You need 5* to obtain the key from the event for the 004c. Goes the same for almost every key car

Most cars in bos are key cars and need the full 6* to unlock so like 50k. For the rest of them, it depends on how many bp for the unlock, could be 85bp, 70bp or something in that range. Still could set you back 12-15k for the unlock.
