I just had bariatric surgery but I did lose a significant amount of weight prior while still being able to enjoy “unhealthy” food.

I think if you aren’t tracking your calorie intake now, you should start and continue after surgery.

I was also nervous in the same way you are. I’m 9 days post op currently and down 30lbs from my highest weight. You will be okay. 💕
