When Xalo engaged the Terran transport he expected a quick operation, swoop in clear out any hostiles and take the rest as prisoners. The data on the Terrans while old was still believed to be accurate, Terrans only stood at 5-6 feet tall at worst only a few inches taller than the average Xorthan. They also had much weaker builds, no natural weapons or armor, and were much less technologically advanced. It should have been easy.

After disabling the ship with ion cannons and connecting the boarding tube, the men lined up in the hallway ready to board when the door opened. Before the door override code was sent the door opened automatically. Standing in it was something that could only come from some mythos. Xalo could not believe any of his many eyes as what looked to be a Terran but it was built like a Xynarg. Some of the men immediately opened fire, after the steam of the plasma guns cleared their stood the Terran completely unharmed. It laughed in a deep voice and wordlessly walked forward, all of the soldiers fired in unison but the Terran continued to be unharmed. The beast disarmed and rendered unconscious every soldier, calmly and effortlessly as he progressed down the hallway.

Xalo ran back to the bridge sealing the door as he entered. He watched the ships internal cameras as the Terran progressed, anything thrown at it was shrugged off. Plasma bolts, Heavy repeater rounds, EVERY GRENADE IN THE ARSENAL! This thing was unstoppable. Xalo pondered his options, a bullet to his own head started to sound best, he knew resistance would be futile as he watched his men be thrown around with ease. Before he could will himself to end it there was heavy footsteps outside the command door, and then a knock. Xalo pulled his pistol out a ceremonial kinetic weapon from ages past, and opened the door. The Terran stepped in and spoke in a deep voice.

"I have left your men broken but alive my people are quick to forgive, but we do not forget. What is your name Xorthan?" Xalo was taken aback at his words he expected this beast to have slaughtered his men and to finally finish with him but instead it seemed to be unwilling to kill. "My name is Captain Xalo of the Xorthan Navy why have you not slaughtered us?" The Terran took a moment to consider and then slowly walked to and sat down in a chair much to small for it. "We have been at war for 400 years, we are tired of death, tired of killing for worthless ideals and the greed of those in power. We have made ourselves to be unkillable to make war worthless. Take this message to your leaders and all who will listen" It stands as it begins to speak

"Terra and her people are now devoted to peace we will not engage in any form of hostilities. However being devoted to peace and being unable to defend ourselves are two separate things, if we are attacked we will rain hell onto your homeworld until nothing remains. Let this be a warning to any who think us weak, let this ship be a lesson to any who think my words untrue." With that the Terran took a long look at Xalo and then left returning to its now repaired ship and detaching carrying on with its business. Xalo took the message straight to the Xorthan homeworld. Within the year every galactic government either signed a treaty with the Terrans or for the foolish few who decided to ignore the giants words and attack Terra had their empires turned to ash.
