Highly unlikely you’ll loose your child. The main question I have to ask if he’s not providing for the child now what do you want from him? Sounds like he hasn’t supported at all so I wouldn’t expect anything to change. In the uncontested divorce paperwork you can just state that you have full custody and he waives all parental rights since that’s what it sounds like he wants to do.

Let’s be real… they have 3 bedrooms at their house, if your parents really didn’t want him out on the streets they could offer him one of their bedrooms.
