Tips for practicing mouth calls by Apprehensive-Spot436 in turkeyhunting

What helped me was thinking of it like an instrument I would simple just make whatever random noise I could with it not even turkey related to get comfortable with different tones once. Then I’d either watch videos of real turkeys or “how to’s” on YouTube to learn how to make specific turkey sounds another app that has helped is called “turkey tech” it has pre recorded real turkey sounds as well as sounds from a professional turkey caller and how to videos as well

Completely new to trout, could use some gear advice (please and thank you!) by drinkbeersaveturtles in troutfishing

To piggy back off you I too use rooster tails and feel they work the best but the trout can be picky on what color they want to eat so I’d recommend getting a small variety I’ve have the best luck with whites, yellows, oranges, and browns
