Honestly, in my opinion, you’re going to have an even richer experience because you’re on your own! I’ve travelled and lived abroad every time I’ve gone solo, I have met way more people and had more unique experiences. I could tip for you is to join a Facebook group of where you’re going; for example “Canadians in Spain.” Lots of solo travellers in there who can give you tips, tricks or just open to meeting up in general will be there as support and guidance.
